In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain about visitors to our website at the www.a2kpartners.com and users of our free trial or demo at try a2kpartners.com (collectively, the “Sites”) and how we use and disclose that information.

By visiting the Sites, you agree that your personal and other information will be handled as described in this Policy. Your use of our Sites, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Use, including any applicable dispute resolution provisions.

This Policy is current as of the Effective Date set forth above. Please note that we may change this Policy from time to time and will post any such changes to this Policy on the Sites. Therefore, it is important to view the Policy periodically. If we make any changes to this Policy that materially affect our practices, we will endeavor to provide you with notice in advance of such change by highlighting the change on our Sites or if you have an account with us, providing notice to the email address in your account (for this reason you should make sure to update your account information promptly if it changes).

The Information We Collect About You

We collect information about you directly from you and from third parties, as well as automatically through your use of our Sites.

Information We Collect Directly From Visitors to the Website. You may browse certain areas of the Sites without registering with us or providing us personal information. If you complete our contact form on the Sites, we will collect your name, company, email, job title, phone number, company size, and industry (“Visitor Information”).

Information We Collect Directly from Registered Users of our Demo or Free Trial. If you register to use a demo or free trial version of our product, then we will ask you to provide your name, email, company, job title, and phone number (“User Information”).

Information We Collect Automatically. We may automatically collect the following information about your use of our Sites through cookies and other technologies: your domain name; your browser type and operating system; web pages you view; links you click; your IP address; your mobile device ID; the length of time you visit our Sites or App; and the referring URL, or the webpage that led you to our Sites. How We Use Your Information

We use your information, including your personal information, for the following purposes:

To provide our Sites and services to you, to communicate with you about your use of our Sites, to respond to your inquiries, to fulfill your orders, and for other customer service purposes. To tailor the content and information that we may send or display to you, to offer location customization, and personalized help and instructions, and to otherwise personalize your experiences while using our Sites. For marketing and promotional purposes. For example, we may use your information, such as your email address, to send you news and newsletters, special offers, and promotions, or to otherwise contact you about products or information we think may interest you. We also may use the information that we learn about you to assist us in advertising our Sites and related services on third party websites. To better understand how users access and use our Sites, both on an aggregated and individualized basis, in order to improve our Sites and respond to user desires and preferences, and for other research and analytical purposes.

How We Share Your Information

Our Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms

We and our third party service providers use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to track information about your use of our Sites. We may combine this information with other personal information we collect from you (and our third party service providers may do so on our behalf). We use cookies to understand the profile of our Sites visitors and improve and personalize their experience. Retention and Deletion

We will not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. User Information will be deleted after a user’s account is terminated or expired, unless we are required to retain such User Information under applicable law.

Third Party Analytics

We use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate usage of our Sites. These entities may use cookies and other tracking technologies to perform their services. We do not share your personal information with these third parties unless we have your prior consent to do so.

Data Subjects in the EEA

For persons, including users of our demo or free trial software, located in the European Economic Area (“EU Data Subjects”), commencing on May 25th, 2018, we will process your personal information in accordance with the Regulations (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You have the right to confirmation as to whether or not we process your personal information and, where we do, access to the personal information, together with certain additional information. Performance of a contract: The use of your personal information may be necessary to perform the contract that you have with us or provide the service you ordered from us. For example, if you register to use our free trial and demo, we collect your information to administer your account and access to that free trial and demo.
Legitimate interests: We may use your information for our legitimate interests, such as to provide you with the best suitable content of the Sites, emails and newsletters, to improve and promote our products and services and the content on our Sites, and for administrative, fraud detection and legal purposes.
Consent: We may rely on your consent to use your personal information for certain purposes, including direct marketing purposes (such as email marketing). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the addresses at the end of this Privacy Policy. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Location of Personal Information/Transfers to the United States

We will transfer, store, and process information that we collect about you, as described in this Policy, in the United States, which may not provide the same level of protection for your personal information as your home country. In addition, we may further transfer your information outside the United States for the purposes described in this Policy. By submitting any personal information or by using the Sites, and without limitation to any other rights or obligations we have, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the United States and these other countries, and acknowledge that your information may be subject to access by law enforcement and other government entities, including courts and tribunals, in accordance with laws applicable in those jurisdictions.

Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third party websites. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third party websites.

Security of My Personal Information

We have implemented commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security.

You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, mobile device, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.

Access, Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

You may request access to the personal information we have collected about you and request that we update and delete that personal information by emailing us at privacy@A2K Partners.com. Please note that copies of information that you have updated, modified or deleted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Sites for a period of time.

Marketing

We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you only where you completed our contact form on the Sites or have otherwise provided us your email address. You may opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the e-mail. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt-out of receiving emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you e-mails about your account or any service you have requested or received from us.

We may also use information we have about you to display relevant advertising on third party sites, such as the Google Ad Network. If you do not want to receive such targeted advertising the third party sites may allow you to request not to receive advertising messages from us in the future.

Children Under 13

Our Sites are not designed for children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
